What we collect

When you order: your name, your phone number, your delivery address (none for store pickup), your email if you give it, and what you order. When you create an account: your email or phone number, to send you a sign-in code; then what you add (addresses, sizes, interests, birthday, your offer choices). When you write to the shop, or leave a review or feedback: what you write. In the app: a random identifier of your phone, used only to limit sign-in code requests. We collect neither your location, nor your contacts, nor your photos. The app has no advertising, no tracking and no analytics. Your wishlist, cart and searches stay on your phone.

Why To prepare, deliver and follow your orders; to sign you in; to answer your messages; to publish your reviews if you choose; and, only if you agreed, to send you our offers.

Payments Online payment goes through Wave or Orange Money, in their own apps: we never see or keep your payment credentials. We keep the amount paid and the payment's reference.

Who can see it The shop's team, and the providers who work for us:

hosting (Vercel, Supabase); sending emails and text messages (Resend, Twilio); payment (Wave, Orange Money). We do not sell your data.

How long Orders are kept as long as accounting law requires. Your account is kept until you delete it.

Your rights You can see and correct your data in your account. You can delete your account at any time, in the app (Profile › Delete your account) or on the website. For anything else: privacy@donkafele.com, or the Contact page.
